Terms For Ad Agencies
Registered AD AGENCY with DyesChemicalMarket.com and all of its users agree to abide to these terms of use stated herein. Dyes Chemical Market
reserves the right to change these terms of use at anytime, without prior notification to the AD AGENCY. (Dyes Chemical Market will make reasonable
effort to inform the AD AGENCY of any changes to these terms of use.)
- All Cheques should be addressed to DCM Media Private Limited (payable in Mumbai, India) or Dyes Chemical Market Inc (payable in US, San Jose) from the original advertiser.
- The Total Commission earned will be then paid formally to the AD AGENCY after successful transaction (realization of cheque or online transaction) has taken place and the advertisement is published.(usually 1 month period).
- Dyes Chemical Market will provide a MAX of 20% discount to the AD AGENCY, which the AD AGENCY can pass on to the client. The BALANCE of 20% discount not passed to the client will be then
given to the AD AGENCY
For Example1: If Company X plans to advertise thru the AD AGENCY, and the AD AGENCY gives a 5% discount to their client then the AD AGENCY will get 15% as their commision.
For Example2: If Company Y plans to advertise thru the AD AGENCY, and the AD AGENCY gives a 10% discount to their client then the AD AGENCY will get 10% as their commision.
